So thankful for Mr. Barnett and his team for getting us visitation with our granddaughter. They were very professional and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend!

We hired Ben in 2024 and completed our adoption case in 2025! From the beginning, he was very clear about what to expect for the process and what it would take to achieve what we wanted. Ben and his team (Emily, Dianne, Denna) were great to deal with through the process. We got the outcome we wanted and he beat the timeline I proposed. We are grateful for the professionalism, compassion, emotional intelligence and strength in his team which made a significant difference for our family during this process. Recommend giving him a consult! Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts for making our Family Whole!

Mr. Barnett, Ms. Lashmit, and the entire staff at the Barnett Firm with whom we had the pleasure of working with, was thorough, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. If you are in need of family law services, you want the Barnett Firm and their experience and skill on your side. We would not be where we are without their guidance and ability to help us get here. Thank you!

I hired Ben in 2021 to handle my paternity case. From the beginning, he listened carefully and clearly explained the steps we needed to take to give us the best possible chance of success. Ben and his team were professional, straightforward, and dedicated throughout the entire process. Thanks to their hard work, we were able to win the case convincingly, and I am now the legal father of my child — something I once thought would be impossible after having no rights or visitation. Without the Barnett Firm, my situation would have been far more difficult, even with all the evidence I had. If you’re looking for an attorney who will truly fight for you and for the best interests of your child, look no further than Ben Barnett.

The Barnett Firm are tremendously detailed attorneys who are so thorough in all aspects of legal cases. I could not recommend either Ben, Jason, or Diane more. They get the case done and always do it well every time. I highly recommend them for any legal needs!
