We arrived from out of town and needed a notary very quickly. We called Michael and he was able to meet us less than 30 minutes later. He reviewed the documents with both parties and was extremely professional. We would give him 10 stars if we could. Thank you, Michael!

I met with Michael from The Bay Area Notary at a coffee shop, and he actually arrived early, which already made a great first impression. He was incredibly polite, professional, and easy to talk to. I was feeling overwhelmed about filling out a legal form, but he guided me through it with so much patience. He didn’t just help me complete it—he took the time to explain why each part mattered, which really helped me understand what I was doing. Michael didn’t make me feel like just another appointment. He genuinely wanted to help, and that kind of kindness meant a lot. People like him are one of the reasons tough times feel more manageable. I left that meeting feeling lighter and truly grateful. Thank you again, Michael—you made a real difference.
