This was my second time back and at the time I deemed this salon as my go to since I had a good experience both times.... or so I thought. I quickly regretted even going there just a few days later from my last apt because I caught paronychia from this dirty establishment!! Never in my life have I had to deal with anything like this. Not to mention I'm a Type 1 diabetic and disclosed this at every appointment. T1D makes me susceptible to bacteria infections and takes way longer for me to heal. (Professionals are trained to know and prevent things from happening) This bacterial infection comes from not sanitizing equipment after every use, aggressive manicures- I had to interrupt her a few times because the digging was becoming painful- etc. I'm disgusted, truly. Can't believe such a well known and expensive nail salon would be so careless with sanitizing and preventing infections!! It's just wild. Excuse the pictures. I would up at the ER getting my finger drained from Puss, ugh. Rose was kind but also in a hurry and did not rake the time to endure tools were sanitized. But does anyone in there? Smh.
