She the set us up for a very seamless birthday party and understood the pressure that goes into one! They came early to set up, and on time for a quick take down. An all in all great experience. This is the fourth year going with Big Bouncy Theory and they are now a staple for birthdays and other events. First off the employees they have for the delivery and pickup of the inflatables are amazing, friendly, and great attitude. They called ahead of time to confirm someone was ready to receive the inflatable and worked with us to position it the best way and made adjustments prior to staking it down. The inflatable was great quality and did not have any rips, tears, or anything unsafe. Pickup was effortless as they came, greeted us and cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with the experience. The boys were great and will be using them for future events and recommendations.
