I had the most amazing experience at the Biltmore hotel. The sauna and massage was awesome but what really set my experience apart was their very special spa attendant Maritza. I have never experienced such caring customer service and a dedicated employee. She constantly brought me water while I was using the sauna, offered me tea champagne fresh fruit and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be returning!

Extremely Disappointing – Dishonest Billing Practices I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Biltmore Spa. After rescheduling my appointment well in advance, I was still charged for the original appointment. Despite confirming the new appointment over both phone and email, multiple representatives informed me that I would be charged for both the original and the rescheduled appointment. Their explanation made absolutely no sense, and no one took responsibility for the error. Instead of fixing the issue, they doubled down and insisted I pay twice. This is unacceptable, misleading, and reflects extremely poor business ethics. There are plenty of reputable spas in the area—stay far away from this one.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Men’s Energizing Facial with Michelle, and she was absolutely fantastic! Her expertise as an esthetician was evident, and I truly felt well cared for throughout the treatment. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Ibis and the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience at The Biltmore Spa. I will definitely be returning soon!

I had the most amazing experience at the spa! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a VIP. The atmosphere was so calming and serene, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The treatments were top-notch and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
