This is hands down the best blowout bar in all of San Diego. The space was peacefully intimate, and has all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a bathroom, and refreshments. I chose Liv’s Signature blowout for the extra scalp care, and my scalp felt like it was breathing afterwards! She truly listened to how I wanted my hair styled after the treatment, and gave me better than I even expected. She goes the extra mile to curl and pin your hair up, resulting in the biggest & bounciest curls. I will be going here before every special occasion from now on! 100000/10 referring all of my friends here
