My experience was not good. I paid $300 plus a $60 tip for a keratin treatment and a straight haircut, and the results were very disappointing. The haircut was not done properly. The stylist did not section my hair before cutting it, which resulted in an uneven cut, especially in the back. When I washed my hair at home, it lifted and I noticed several strands that were not cut evenly. As for the keratin treatment, it was applied in a way I had never experienced before. The product was applied, I waited about 30 minutes, then my hair was rinsed, dried, and flat-ironed, and I was sent home. After washing my hair myself, the smoothing effect is barely noticeable. Additionally, my hair was cut and the keratin was applied without a protective cape at first, causing the product to splash onto my clothes. The cape was only brought later, even though keratin products stain clothing. Overall, I believe this was far too expensive for the quality of service received. I am very disappointed with both the haircut and the keratin treatment.

This is the best blowout bar hands down! I have been getting blowouts for the past 15 years and this is the best place I have been to! I have been going to The Blowout Blowdry Bar for the past 4 years and have always had great experiences! The stylist's are friendly and pay great attention to detail! I always leave happy! All of the stylists are great and I have especially loved working with Alicia and Nicole! If you are in need of a great blowout bar look no further! So happy I found them and can't say enough good things about them!

I’ve been coming to The Blow Out Bar for over 7 years, and it truly feels like my home away from home! Ariana and Deestine are absolute gems — they know my hair inside and out and always make me feel beautiful, confident, and cared for every single visit. Management, led by Alicia, is nothing short of amazing. She keeps the entire experience seamless, professional, and welcoming — you can feel the positive energy from the moment you walk in. Consistent, reliable, and full of talent — that’s The Blow Out Bar. Seven years later, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

This salon’s treatment of my daughter was absolutely unacceptable. She is a freshman in college and went in for a simple dry trim—nothing complicated, nothing special. The stylist with black hair in a bob was the only one who showed her any kindness or professionalism. Unfortunately, another staff member’s (Cordell) behavior was appalling. Instead of providing the service requested, they insisted on washing her hair—claiming it was “included.” While my daughter was already in the chair, this other employee kept loudly and repeatedly saying, “CHARGE HER.” That is unprofessional and completely inappropriate. When my daughter made it clear she did not want a blowout and did not want her hair wet, she was told her only option was to either pay for a blowout or leave with wet hair. She ultimately walked out of the salon with wet hair, feeling taken advantage of, and still paid for this terrible experience. This type of treatment is disgraceful and shows a complete lack of respect for clients.

I have had 2 separate services with Cassidy and she was amazing both times. My daughter has been begging me to let her have straight hair and today Cassidy managed to take her from the beautiful picture on the right to the first 2 beautiful pictures with no hesitation or issues. She also did my glam make up for an event a couple of months ago and I loved it! Will definitely be asking for her by name at this point and absolutely recommend.
