I signed up with for executive coaching with Saira soon after I had taken on a new leadership role in my company and needed support in being successful in it. From the very first session, we were able to identify challenges and opportunities and develop a plan to work through them, and set short-term and long-term goals. I find Saira's vast corporate experience coupled with her strong coaching experience a huge asset in our work together. Each session with Saira is rich, holds tremendous value and pushes me forward. I love Saira's energy which is warm, compassionate and wise. Five sessions in, we have discussed everything from what we initially set out to work on, to my personal relationships, to where I see myself in the years to come. I love the homework assignments and reflection exercises Saira shares ahead of each session which allows me to think deeper about areas I want to address, hold myself accountable, and it helps us prepare for our session. I would highly recommend Saira as an executive coach and a life coach.

This was my first experience engaging a life coach. So, initially I did not know what to expect. I’m now 5 or 6 sessions in, and I feel each one-hour session holds a great deal of value for someone who can sometimes over-do being “self aware” and tends to overthink when the opposite is needed. Organizing my thoughts with Saira around my short-term and long-term goals has helped me immensely in slowly getting to each thing on my To-do-list. Saira is one of those unique individuals whose energy and warmth helps build a space of trust instantly. She asks the right questions. She shares her own experiences when the moment calls for it. She speaks from the heart with authenticity and empathy. And her professionalism stands out. I can talk to her about my business plan, professional management, personal financial goals, conflicts in my relationships, and a little bit of everything else. A session with Saira gives me the little push I need every few weeks to get “back on track”.

In the most uncertain and unpredictable time, I recently transitioned into a new professional chapter. I started to set audacious goals for myself, which were a few sentences buried in my notebook.
