My first session at The Body Lab . Excellent facilities, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The massage equipment is very comfortable and state-of-the-art. Got a full-body massage, helped me relieve my knee recovery, and overall I highly recommend Shawna Mutz, who has cared for my family for many years
