Wow talk about an amazing brunch. My mom and I stopped into The Boheme before heading over to the Dr. Phillips Center to see a show this past Sunday, and it did not disappoint. I have stayed at the Grand Bohemian many times over the years, and I am shocked that I had not tried the restaurant. This brunch has something for everyone, snow crab legs, prime rib, chicken and waffles, a made-to-order crêpe station, oysters, shrimp cocktail. Every single thing we ate was phenomenal. Including the lobster bisque, which you will have to order from the kitchen. The ambiance of The Boheme is all old school class, with the vibes curated by a few wonderful live musicians playing jazz covers of today’s hits. I would say dressing up (just a little bit) is a good idea for this spot. We finished things up with a cinnamon roll doused table-side with flaming cognac. The experience was worth every single cent. I highly recommend making reservations in advance, this is one or Orlando’s most popular brunch spots. Parking is $15 for three hours and you can pay from your phone. (Always remember to tip your valet though ☺️) Our experience was made even more amazing by our wonderful server Alyssa. I will request her every time I dine at The Boheme from here on out. She was prompt, polite, funny, and attentive.
We were in Orlando area for a week and took a drive into town. It was MLK day so the traffic was light. We like to dine at non chain restaurants and found this inside the Boheme hotel. We were dressed casual (jeans & athletic jackets) but we're welcomed to dine as we were. (It is a hotel restaurant) We chose to sit in the Bosendorfer Lounge area and found a high top table to be very comfortable. The decor was wonderful. It wasn't very busy, only one other small group. The lunch menu offered a nice variety of options. I opted for the Lobster & crab bisque with the Mediterranean flatbread. My husband ordered the Smoked Pork Belly Sliders with side salad. The entire meal was delicious.
Ever was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Chris, the General Manager texted before our visit. I told him it was our anniversary and wondered if the room was ready. He said it was and when we arrived the room was decorated with rose petals and had champagne waiting for us! Staff was amazing, including the restaurant staff. Our waiter (Nicolas? From Germany) was super attentive, great service! Food was excellent! Walking distance to Lake Eola. Just a wonderful experience!
This gem is one of my favorite places to frequent either when I want to have cocktails at the bar or a nice dinner while listening to the live piano or cello player. The service is almost always amazing. There's an incredible server, oriana. The food is delicious and the presentation is wonderful. The ambiance makes the dining experience all the more amazing.
9/23/25: I came back just two days later for dinner again. This time I had the French Onion soup for the appetizer. It has a little bit of maybe an Asiago cheese kind of melted at the bottom of the cup, so make sure to scoop your spoon down the bottom with each bite. I added shrimp to the salmon dish this time. The shrimp are cooked in oil and garlic and then grilled. The quinoa did not taste like cinnamon this time. A little bit of the garlic from the shrimp must have gotten into the quinoa, I thought it made the quinoa taste great! This time, I ate all of the quinoa. The white cream served off to the side of the salmon was a bit more plentiful this time and I appreciated that because I loved dipping each bite of salmon into that cream sauce. For dessert, I chose the caramel gelato. They sprinkle a bit of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the ice cream dish, that was a nice treat :) This was sweeter than the cheesecake, but also slightly smaller, so for me, it was the perfect dose of sweetness. I’ll probably be switching between these two going forward. ———————————————————— 9/21/25: Great food! This is only the second time I’ve had dinner here (lunch twice as well), but both times they had a special prix-fixed menu option for $40. I love this menu because you get smaller portions of each dish. It allows me to have so many different flavors in one meal. The little gem Cesar is as you’d expect for a Cesar, so I was happy with that. The salmon had a slight cinnamon taste to it; I think the cinnamon came from the flavor in the quinoa. And that cheesecake was chef’s kiss… delicious. Made with local honey, it had the perfect creamy texture, and extra grahm cracker crust sprinkled around the edges, which I enjoyed. Service was excellent. I had Sophia, she’s so attentive and just a friendly person. It was pretty quiet. Granted I arrived at 9:15pm on a Sunday, but to my surprise two other groups of people arrived about 15 and 30 minutes after me. They close at 10pm, but happily seated each of us. ————- Normal valet is $25, but the restaurant will reduce it to $15.
