We went there to buy pine siding…Great prices and friendly staff but they don’t let you pick and choose each one. And from other reviews they got some damaged unusable material. So with that known, we walked out. I’m not about to buy and get home only to have to drive all the way back to exchange them.

Very disappointed in this store. When they loaded the materials on my truck it caused 2 flat tires. This was after I expressed concern about how they stacked a 16 ft box truck. I called but no one has returned my message. If this is how you treat your customers then I'll take my business elsewhere

The Boss has been my loss, both times I've been there. The location in Dallas, and recently the location in Richland Hills. In Dallas 3 years ago I ask for 5/8" T1-111 siding, and when I got home to unload I got 3/8" Beadborad, and several of the sheets were damaged. They said I could exchange it, but I would have had to make the 90 mile round trip again. Recently I went to the one in Richland Hills (not knowing it was a boss store), but since I drove all that way I went ahead and bought some more siding. I wanted the same stuff, 5/8" T1-11 siding. This time I had them take me back and let me look at it. They loaded it in my pickup, and when I got home to unload DANG, again they ripped me off. 10 sheets were 5/8", some severely damaged and 2 sheets were 3/8". This place sucks, and seem to do this on a regular basis.

Courtney was amazing. Not only did The Boss have the western red cedar we were looking for but at a much better price point than everyone else. I'm talking about over $1 cheaper just on pickets alone. Courtney made the entire process simple, was super communicative even following up after material was delivered to make sure everything was situated and had the warehouse guys wrap it all up due to rain in the forecast before we would get to start our fence. The rest of the crew was friendly didn't catch their names but will definitely be going back when I need more materials for our next projects.
