Visiting from the east coast and found this place on our way to dinner. I am SO sad I didn’t have more time to shop. Gorgeous store with lots of amazing stuff (think all your favorite things from free people without the bad politics) PLUS a cool selection of gifts/trinkets. Hippie/punkie vibe. Will def make more time next time I am in town!

I recently visited a shop owned by Lacey, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment my family and I walked in, Lacey's demeanor was unfriendly and dismissive. She was particularly rude to my sister about her daughter playing with dolls that were on the bottom shelf, which was surrounded by other toys. It felt unnecessary and harsh, especially since kids naturally gravitate towards toys. When Lacey approached us to address the situation, her response was perplexing. Instead of offering a friendly reminder or guidance, she simply expressed her frustration about how she would handle cleaning the toys. This left us baffled—if toys are offered for play, why wouldn’t they be easily cleanable? Furthermore, the toys didn’t even appear dirty, which made her comments seem even more unreasonable. To add to the confusion, there were no signs indicating that touching the toys was prohibited. Given the environment, it felt uninviting and unwelcoming, especially for families looking to enjoy their time together. To make matters worse, when I let Lacey know I was ready to check out, she turned away from me and left me standing at the counter for about 10 minutes. It was incredibly frustrating, and in hindsight, I should have just walked out. The overall vibe of the shop was disappointing, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it for those visiting downtown Mesa or looking to share a pleasant experience with family. It's unfortunate that Lacey's rudeness overshadowed what could have been a fun outing.

Guys needing a gift: this is your spot! Had the best shopping experience with Lacey! Needed a surprise gift for my wife and she took the time to listen to me and help me find the perfect options. The store has a huge selection of clothing, jewelry, accessories at every price point. I was visiting from out of state and they offered to exchange anything my wife didn’t love. 10/10 experience and will shop with them online in the future!

Excellently curated, and thoughtfully displayed is every piece at The Boutique. This little gem has so many unique items that it's easy to fill out a complete look! My mother in-law was absolutely thrilled with all of her finds, all of which were quality and well priced. They also have cute gifts and some unisex apparel as well. A must stop in DT Mesa!

This clothing boutique exceeded my expectations! The quality of their clothing is exceptional, and the customer service is top-notch. The store is absolutely beautiful, and I found some unique pieces that I absolutely love. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for stylish and high-quality items. They also host fun events. We’ve painted ghost candles and did Arizona ornaments. Everyone is always kind and welcoming. We can’t get enough of The Boutique! 💜
