We thought we'd never be able to afford a decent house in Toronto and would be stuck renting forever. Our meeting with Allie got us excited - maybe it was possible after all, even in the East end we prefer. Not even three months later we're about to close on a house that has everything we wanted and even a few nice bonuses! Allie was wonderful - professional, insightful, and experienced. She picked up lots of details we would have missed and offered helpful opinions without pushing us to buy quickly or above our budget - and pointed out what we shouldn't buy (and why). Allie Rempel helped us sell our Toronto condo and it was a great experience from start to finish! Allie is professional, responsive and proactive when it comes to getting your property sold. Market conditions were not great but Allie and BREL team helped us stage the condo and ensure we were marketing to the right audience. The market was slow but luckily we were prepared because she gave us an accurate picture of risks ahead of listing and also helped us revamp strategy mid-way through. In fact, we ended up selling to someone who was part of the audience she recommended we market to so clearly something worked! We were in the middle of a big move so there are a lot of dates and logistics to keep in mind but Allie took care of everything seamlessly and provided us regular updates without us having to ask. Allie strikes a great balance of offering her expertise but also listening to what you want so you feel comfortable with what is happening. Would highly recommend working with Allie and the BREL team!
