Update: After Billy saw my review, he reached out to me directly and was able to resolve the issues. I appreciate him taking the time to address my concerns. I would never recommend this realtor firm to anyone. Guillermo (Billy) made a lot of promises at the beginning, but none of them were ever followed through. Instead of keeping me updated or delivering on what he said, he just blew me off completely. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a realtor who actually values their clients.

As a first-time homebuyer, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Cristal. From doing virtual showings while I was out of state to walking me through every step of the process, she made sure I felt confident and informed the entire way. She was always patient, explained everything clearly, and never left me guessing about what came next. Just want to take the time and appreciate everything Guillermo Garcia did for me and my family in helping us buy our first home.. as it can be really stressful he always picked up the phone no matter what time it was during the week and always answered our questions. I would definitely consider him for anyone looking to buy or sell a home he is definitely worth having as a realtor.
