Today is Day 11 for me since I got my Nano Brows done with Kaylee. First off, I would like to say that Kaylee is absolutely kind and professional. It was really easy to talk to her and she was also a great listener. If you’re going through the reviews to try and determine if she is the right Technician for you. You have found her! She is amazing!!! Second, I was extremely nervous on getting my eyebrows done. I’ve been struggling with my self-esteem for a while and haven’t felt pretty for a very long time. So it was a difficult decision to make on whether I wanted to do this because I kept thinking of all the things that could go wrong. I had a lot of what-if scenarios running through my head. But I’m glad that I decided to do it because I really love them!! Not going to lie, I did go through many emotions through the healing processes. Like are the brows even? Am I performing the aftercare correctly? Am I doing any of this right? At one point, I was freaking out. But luckily, I was able to reach out to Kaylee about the questions that I had and she eased my worries. If you text her regarding any questions during the aftercare stage, she will respond. For me, she usually responded within or less than 24 hours. Overall, I rate her: Customer Service: 10/10 Day 1 Look: 10/10 Overall Look (after scabs have fallen off): 10/10 I have a touch up appointment scheduled with Kaylee in December. I was worried that I may need to schedule it for an earlier time, but the color on my brows has returned and in my experience, I don’t have any patchy spots that I can see. I look forward to our follow up appointment. 😊

First of all, I want to say Thank you for Kaylee for not giving up on me and putting that trust in me to having you do my Ombre powder dream brows. I love them so much she is so clean and perfect and she makes you feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend her to anyone she’s literally the cutest and shows you every step and just makes you feel so comfortable through the whole process I’m so so happy after years of looking into doing something to my brows that I found you and chose you to have my brows perfected by! Kaylee is so impressive! She listens to what you want and makes sure you don't overcommit to a look you may not be ready for. I love my brows and her guidance to trust the process. If you are like me and have been on the fence for years, take the leap, your won't be disappointed.

I've been thinking about getting my brows done for years and finally decided to book it. Has you can imagine I was hesitant and worry about what it would look like, but I'm happy I choose Kaylee. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The process was easy and im happy with the results. Definitely recommend 😊 Update: Just had my touch-up and I'm even more in love with my brows.
