Sweet Alresa is my longest LTR (no small feat considering I met my wife 20 years ago), and has been doing my brows for over two decades. Whether it's at this location or Cloud Nine, she's been unbeatable when it comes to ongoing brow shaping and care. She's also a master at subtle yet impactful lash tints and lifts, which I get a handful of times every year. Can't imagine trusting anyone else with my brows and lashes.

Didn’t get any reminder or notification ahead of appointment. I was 10 minutes late due to parking issues and my appointment was cancelled and fully charged. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

She’s very sweet and great at her job. She is also the best when it comes to lash perms. Can’t recommend enough!

Got stood up today. No one inside. No one answered my calls. And in the following several hours, no one returned my voicemails regarding if I was automatically charged for the session or not. This appointment was made with weeks of notice and I was looking foward to it. I used the website for times that the business said it had openings. I'm more than disappointed. I'm looking for a new place, if anyone has recommendations!
