I had the best experience getting my brows shaped at The Brow Room. Kylie took her time mapping out the perfect shape for my face, and was so meticulous throughout the entire appointment. Her attention to detail was phenomenal, and honestly, it was painless, which says a lot because I’m usually a huge baby when it comes to my brows. This was not a quick in-and-out service. If even one hair was out of place, she made sure it was taken care of. I also really appreciated how she explained what she was doing as she went, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the process. I’ve only been to The Brow Room once, but the confidence that Kylie and her team gave me absolutely guarantees I’ll be returning for all my future brow appointments. Highly recommend!

Why haven't I don't a review here? I've been coming hearing a year, shortly after I moved to Hamilton I started to get my brows waxed here. So, I've tried a few others spots but Morgan is so consistent and fabulous at what she does. I look forward to seeing her every 3 weeks! Everyone is very kind and welcoming there. You won't regret getting your brows done here!! I haven't used their other services or I would speak to that too. I assume they are great at everything!

Came here to get a Brazilian & leg wax, great staff, clean rooms and amazing atmosphere. Morgan was incredible, made things so comfortable, and was super super friendly. She made the experience perfect. Highly recommend and will be coming back here!!

Morgan is a true artist! She spent so much time with me, perfecting my brows and lashes! I was very nervous as I’ve never done this before but she took so much time with me and was so professional! I had a lift and tint and a brow rehab done. I love how natural everything looks! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

For your eyebrow needs, look no more! I have been a customer of The Brow Room for about 3 years and they are super nice and they know their stuff! Jena is outstanding, she asks you all the relevant questions to discover what you want , is super careful and detailed oriented. I will define her as an artist 👨‍🎨! I visited them during COVID and they are one of the few companies that followed (and they still are!) all Canada Health Guidelines. During all these years, I have never had any bad experience with honouring appointments or services…AND I have missed a couple of appointments and I have been charged for the no-show and I have not been accommodated to be serviced. Yes! S***t happens! I have a WORD OF CAUTION ⚠️- clients must be punctual and follow the policies that The Brow Room send to us IN ADVANCE. Please, READ THEM. If you are going to be more than 7 minutes late for whatever reason, just understand and ACCEPT that you couldn’t make it and that the no-show money you’ll be charged will be donated to a good cause. Also understand they are in high demand, usually fully booked and the staff is limited. If you could t make it; that’s okay! it is not on them, maybe not on you neither but things happen 🤷🏽‍♀️ I can only say great things about this place. So, take my word for granted and book that appointment! 😍
