I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jon from The Bugman for the fantastic service he provided today! Jon came out to handle our termite spot treatment and was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and answered all of my questions with a great attitude. It’s clear he knows his stuff and actually cares about doing the job right. I have been a customer of The Bugman for many years and using them for all of my past residences. They are very professional and do a fantastic job. Communication skills are excellent, employees are extremely courteous, and I have never had a bad experience. Matt, who provides my current service, is extremely professional and courteous and punctual. He does an excellent job. I recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control services.

I use Jesse Campos with The Bugman for our pest control services at Beachwood Village Apartments. Our regular service schedule is the first, third, and fifth Thursday of each month, and Jesse is always on time, reliable, and thorough. Our property is beautifully landscaped with mature trees, plants, and flowers, which naturally require attentive maintenance to keep everything healthy and pest-free.
