I received a birthday cake that did not match the specifications provided. Despite requesting a two-tiered vanilla cake with buttercream frosting, subtle flowers on one side, and cream cheese in between the cake layers, the actual cake featured flowers all around and buttercream frosting between the layers. After bringing this discrepancy to the attention of the owner via my husband, she attributed the mistake to her technical staff and considered the matter closed. No offer was made to rectify the situation, such as a partial refund or discount on a future purchase. In my opinion, this response falls short of expected business standards, and we will not be returning customers.

The service was wonderful. They were friendly and accommodating. Literally showed them a picture, and it upon picking it up was better than we even imagined. Perfect ratio of cake, icing, and raspberry filling. We tried other bakeries around town, but now this will be our go-to every time.

Was very dissatisfied wanted ice and decorated dinosaur cookies for my sister’s baby shower paid $57 for 12 cookies and didn’t get them decorated just colored. They matched my invitation invitations, but I expected it to be cuter for that price. Didn’t get any answers when I walked in and asked about it weren’t friendly kind of a pain in the butt to order them to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The cookies were mediocre and for that price is ridiculous. If you don’t get what you want.

Very disappointed… I’ve ordered at this bakery before and they did a great job. My bf went in last minute to order my birthday cake, and he showed them pictures (round cake on left) what was wanted they accepted the order with no problem. When he went to pick the cake up, what he got is NOT what was asked for! He received dry cupcakes (right pic) frosted on top connecting them and shaped into a square with very poor decorating and handwriting looks like a 8 yr old wrote it. He told them this is not what he wanted, asked if it could be remade, they said they wouldn’t be able to until 3 days later. Although they offered a discount which was nice, I will not be ordering here again. Should’ve never accepted the order if it couldn’t be done.

I ordered a diary free, egg free cake due to my daughters allergies for her third birthday party. The cake was beautiful and the fondant Peppa Pig was spot on! But the real impressive part of this cake was the fact that it tasted delicious even though it was made with dairy free and egg free cake AND frosting. My daughter couldn’t stop eating this cake. I’ll be ordering her allergen friendly treats from The Cakery from now on! 💗
