We are coming in town for a graduation and had multiple people tell us that this was THE Place to get a cake in Lubbock. This is from trusted friends and people that we know. When I called to order the cake, I had the worst experience and didn’t even end up ordering. The girl on the phone was so rude so snotty that I ended up deciding to take my business elsewhere. While it’s nice to hear that you excel at cake making, please invest in some customer service training.

I was craving a cinnamon roll and saw that The Cakery was highly recommended. Unfortunately they were out when I got there BUT I got the cookies and cream cake in a cup, and it was SO good. It was packed super densely with cake, and the frosting was perfect!!
