Elias is such a thoughtful and insightful trainer. We did in home and puppy agility. It really got us started right with our new family member.
We sent Ruger there for training due to some behavior issues. We were initially pleased. We recently sent him back for a short boarding and some refresher training. Never again! We sent him with 45 cups of food, if they had fed him according to our instructions there would have been 8 cups left. They brought him back with 37 cups of food. His weight is down, clumps of hair coming off him. Hes on a special diet due to EPI, so he either didn't eat or they fed him food he can't have. They knew about his health issues. They also gave him a bath, didn't even rinse the soap out, so he was scratching like crazy from his skin being irritated by the soap. Be very careful using their services
I’ve taken puppy and obedience classes here with 4 different dogs. Now our youngest is doing FIT dogs class. I’ve never had a bad experience. The FIT dogs class is really the star though- my 8 month old Lab LOVES it and I love the help running through his endless energy! He has learned the word “class” and goes bananas when it’s time to go. Waits by the door hopefully on other days hoping I’ll take him. Bonus- his obedience skills are improving. One day I dropped off a naughty leash puller who almost drug me down the stairs and that afternoon picked up a gentleman who would never pull on a leash. That was a month ago and he has remained a good leash walker. Not sure what they are doing, but it’s working! It does take some planning ahead to get in- they book out about a month for FIT dogs.
I couldn’t be happier with the Canine Coach in Saint Paul. I have been doing the in-home personal training classes with Abby H and my dog is doing so much better than when we first started. The Canine Coach has great management and easy ways to buy the classes online. I will definitely continue to use them now and in the future.
I brought my pup Gracie, a pitty mix, to the Saint Paul location for basic obedience and had a great experience. The trainer was patient and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. And on the last day of class when all the dogs were testing out, my pup seemed to be over it and eventually just laid down and refused to do any more. The trainer laughed and sympathized with her and gave her some pets, telling her she was a good girl. I definitely recommend bringing your pup here for training.
