Lana is an absolutely incredible real estate agent. She is an expert negotiator and has several tricks up her sleeve to help her clients get the best deal possible. Whether buying or selling, she knows her stuff, and it was a delight to work with her. We had the best time working with Rachel Michel from The Carin Nguyen Real Estate Network. To begin with, we weren’t even planning to move immediately, but Rachel was extremely patient and gracefully spent hours with us looking at a variety of homes to help narrow down what we would work best for us. She was very sweet and spent lots of time and energy with us, considering there was not much chance we’d be moving for at least a couple of years. Surprise!! She and our daughters found the perfect house for us much sooner than expected , and we ended up buying it without having actually been to the property ourselves. We had some things that needed to be addressed by the sellers, and Rachel was totally on top of it, making everything we were promised was done. I would recommend her to anyone.
