Took the kids here and walked out with a bag full of wins. My son was having a tough run early on, and one of the workers actually helped set him up on a machine where he could get a win. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference when you’ve got a little one getting frustrated. For about $50 in tokens we came home with Pokémon cards, a Labubu, and multiple plushies. These are NOT your typical amusement park claw machines rigged to barely grip. These machines are actually designed to let kids win, which makes the whole experience fun instead of a money pit. One tip: pay attention to how many tokens each machine requires. Some of the kids (mine included) were dropping two tokens into machines that only needed one, essentially burning a play. Easy mistake in the excitement, so just double check before they start feeding tokens in. Clean store, great purple neon vibe, and happy kids walking out with stuffed bags. We’ll be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
