(I will not give names unless asked by the company.) We were charge $338… We are selling our home and wanted a deep clean done the day before the photographer came to take pictures of our home to post for sale. My husband and I were told by the gentleman that came to our home for a quote that the Cleaning ladies would be at our home between 10:30 and 11:30 AM. The evening before, we had removed all area rugs, runners, and bathroom rugs from the floors to make it easier for the ladies to mop the house. We also removed all items off of the kitchen counters, tables, entertainment center, and other surfaces of the house to make it easier for the ladies to clean. My husband left his office early to be sure to be home when they arrived to give the ladies instructions as I couldn’t leave work to be there. My husband messaged me at work at 12:08pm to say the ladies weren’t there yet. I called the gentleman that gave us the quote and he said they would be there in 5 minutes. That their last house “took way too long”. The ladies arrived at 12:26pm. I receive a call from my husband when I am leaving work. He said that the ladies left around 3:30pm and the house is still dusty and the windows are not clean. My husband asked me to stop by the store and get cleaning supplies because we have to clean when I get home. What?! So I called the gentleman that did our quote and asked him why my husband was calling me to tell me to pick up cleaning supplies on my way home because we have to clean the house after the cleaning ladies just left after being there for three hours. He offered for the ladies to come back and clean our home that evening after saying that should not have happened. I told him we simply did not have the time to have a cleaning lady come back as we both needed to go to the store to prep our home that same evening for pictures the next day. When I got home, I saw my husband’s office was not Dusted at all. His desk not wiped down, keyboard, dusty, an office shelves, full of dust. Our kitchen counter next to the sink was dirty. Glass table had streaks. The ladies clearly only mopped the kitchen floor, but did not sweep as I saw debris in the corners underneath the cabinets. The area in front of our door was sticky and had not been mopped. There was still a visible line from our area rug in the living room. Our library was dusty along with our entertainment center. I had to vacuum our bedroom as our carpet was matted in several areas. There didn’t seem so be any vacuuming or sweeping done. My husband said they used a spray on our stainless steel appliances and turned out horrible. They asked what they should use. So my husband gave them our Stainless Steel cleaner. What?! Needless to say this was a long exhausting evening for us when it didn’t have to be. We hired a service to hopefully take some stress off of us and this is what we got. And were charged $338! It seems what they did do decent was the toilets, bathroom sinks (except one), folded the toilet paper to the triangle, and removed our dogs, “nose art” from the sliding glass door. Not $338 worth.
