I love the weekends when our team comes out to service our house. This weekend was my daughter's birthday party and they took the stress of having to clean the house before the guests arrived (I just have to clean after they leave 😂). The manager named Mr Charles kept attempting to withdraw money from my account long after services were terminated. I had several different teams come to my home & none of them spoke English fluently. It was hard to communicate with the cleaning ladies. Mr. Charles admitted to failing to add me to the emails confirming my scheduled days. The ladies would show up unannounced. Mr Charles attempted to charge me for them showing up unannounced; knowing he failed to add me to the email list to confirm their arrival. I am completely dissatisfied with the FortWorth office and the manager Mr. Charles.

I called this company and needed someone to come the same day with no notice they sent out team 9 the rates were really good and the girls were exceptional. I have never, and I wanna stress this, never had my house cleaned as well. Phenomenal job. Team 9 killed it! I mean CLEANED IT!

I was really nervous about having someone come in to clean my home, but the ladies from The Cleaning Authority have made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The initial inspection was simple and the representatives were able to answer all of my questions. Team 6 (Sandy, Hanna, and Lidia) performed my Initial Clean A, and my house looks amazing! The team was super friendly, fun to chat with, and amazingly efficient at their jobs. I felt comfortable having them here the entire time, and I feel amazing now that my house has been brought back to a clean, comfortable environment.
