My Cleaning Authority continues their great service. I enjoy coming home after work on cleaning days. As soon as I open the front door I know they've been here and it elevates my mood. Signing them up last month was a wise move on my part. Great job, ladies!

Always so fresh and clean! The girls are reliable and professional. They are thorough and careful. They create these adorable towel bows and place are dog's toys in secret spots for him to find! Highly recommend.

I had my first initial clean today. My team worked very hard! I have a small home, but I also have three dogs, two kids, and a backyard that is half dirt. A lot of dirt and dust gets tracked into my home, so it is a lot of work to dust, vacuum, mop, etc. I appreciate how hard they worked, and I am very pleased with this initial clean. I am hoping it will be easier to maintain moving forward and take a little less time and effort for my team so they can detail the rooms even more. Thank you! Adding on - Just completed my second cleaning and again! I am so pleased. Thank you! Any little bit helps me in my house with three dogs and two children. And I love all the little touches like making the beds and folding the towels on the hangers nicely. Thank you! It feels so clean in here and I didn’t have to stop my day- I continued to work so it allows me to earn back my time and I can enjoy a clean home.

Service started out great, then gradually got worse. Our last cleaning was terrible. Our shower wasn't even cleaned, they sprayed water over the tiles to make them look wet and that was all (see photos). They didn't pick-up the mats in the kitchen, but cleaned around them (and then only damp wiping, not moping). They don't dust the tops of picture frames, the top shelves of book cases, or upper kitchen cabinet doors. Also, they never send the same people and they stand around and talk to each other a great deal of the time.

The Cleaning Authority came for the first time today. I have OCD, a very apprehensive about letting strangers in my house. The office staff was nothing but the utmost professional I have ever talked to writing details down of my wants and needs. The cleaning staff was very very professional as well; did an excellent job.. I highly recommend them! Karen S.
