I was so happy to come home to a clean house!!! The initial representative was patient with me through the estimate phase and stated "we will clean your house" she was correct. This was the first of two initial cleanings required because I haven't done a thorough cleaning in over a year! I was very impressed and recognized that you can make up for a year of neglect in one visit! They came pretty darn close and they told me it would take at least two intensive visits to get my home to the level that I expect. I hope that I get to rate them after the second visit! So far very impressed and appreciative.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for two months, and I could not be more satisfied with their service. The crew is consistently friendly, professional, and personable, and they do an excellent job cleaning my home. They are also wonderful with my senior dog, always greeting him warmly and showing respect when working around him. That level of care has earned them a higher degree of trust with me. They sincerely come across as genuine, good people, which makes their already excellent service stand out even more.
