Review for Parker Davis & Team | Coley Group We recently worked with Parker Davis and his team to sell our home in Oakwood, and the experience was excellent. Parker’s deep knowledge of the local Oakwood market was evident, allowing us to price and position the property accurately. Thank you!

Working with The Coley Group was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They successfully sold my home in a very short period of time and secured the full asking price, which exceeded my expectations. Their staging was exceptional and truly showcased the home’s best features, making it stand out in the market. In addition, they provided valuable marketing insights and strategic guidance that clearly made a difference in attracting strong buyers quickly. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. I am extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend The Coley Group to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results truly set them apart.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Kerrigan Zambrana is truly the best real estate agent in the world. She worked patiently with me for several months to find my dream home and never once made the process feel rushed or stressful. She successfully negotiated a reduced sales price and seller concessions, and most impressively helped navigate a VA loan assumption in record time—something that requires expertise, persistence, and flawless coordination. Huge shoutout as well to The Coley Group for an outstanding overall experience, especially Kat Yarnell, who was an incredible closing coordinator. This team is professional, responsive, and truly client-focused. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
