From start to finish, my experience was amazing! The customer service is outstanding. Natalie and Fatima answered all my questions quickly and honestly. Natalie handled all communication with the insurance company and made sure everything was taken care of. They kept me updated anytime there were changes and always made sure I understood what was happening. Natalie truly cares about her customers and making sure they’re happy. The work on my vehicle is flawless. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage. I’m extremely thankful and grateful for how smoothly everything was handled and how great the final result turned out. Thank you again!

Natalie (manager) and her entire staff are all about quality work and customer service! After giving you a quote they encourage you to get other quotes as well. Even though they are not the least expensive the quality is the very best. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the job.

If I could go back & never bring my car to them I would. This is the most unprofessional, dishonest, lazy, rude body shop I've ever been to. I took my car to them 08/24 & the video is what they returned my car back to me as. One year later & less than 3k miles one of the parts being my upper control arm has already failed. I reached out & they said they would not cover the labor. I asked them if they could take it off as a courtesy because what control arm goes bad that quickly? & they have yet to even reply to me & it's been over a week. DO NOT GO HERE & DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS IT WAS MY MISTAKE TO DO SO. Ps. The original video is over THREE minutes long of things they needed to redo. Insane. EDIT : allow me to correct you once again, you did start work on my care in early June. I did not receive my unfinished car back until late August. And also as you can see I'm not even able to fathom where 17k miles you are getting buttt I think you have to go back to math class perhaps. As my car now as of TODAY has only 51586.9 miles :)

The Collision Center did an amazing job with the repair of my 2024 Nissan Versa. When I first picked up my car with them there were few things that I wasn't quite pleased with but they were very good with responding back right away and taking my concerns very seriously. They asked for me to take my car back to them so they could fix the mistakes I had found and were very kind to also provide me with a rental car. I am truly grateful to Natalie and Anthony for making sure I was taken care of and at the end of the day be happy with the repairs of my car. They kept me updated through the entire process. They stand by the quality of their work and will take accountability for any mistakes that might happen during the process. That speaks very highly of the people who works here and the way this company operates. They truly care for the satisfaction of their customers. My car came out the body shop looking brand new and like nothing ever happened to it. 🙂
