We LOVED this venue and the staff at the venue. They were truly amazing. Back in 2024 when we got engaged we weren't having a ton of luck finding venues that truly fit what we wanted as well as within our budget. Something that fell high on our priority list was the vibes from the venue manager. They are there every step of the way as you plan, hire vendors, make requests, etc... Let me tell you, Shane and Cameron are both absolutely phenomenal. Shane's warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly sold us on the venue even before they finished the GORGEOUS covered outdoor space with the living wall. Doing the venue tour with him felt like I was chatting with a friend and it made us feel so comfortable and right at home. From the initial booking, all the way to the actual event he was there every step of the way. Cameron joined the team a couple months before the wedding and my only complaint is that I didn't get to spend more time with her! She is so bright and wonderful, but also means business and keeps things moving the day of. The venue itself is beautiful, the food is phenomenal (hella compliments to the chef), and the staff is what truly made the experience one to remember. Shane and Cameron were with us every step of the way: answering questions from our DJ (we wanted a rave in a historic building. They made it happen), never making us feel like our requests were annoying or bothersome, and truly just made us feel like we were collaborating with friends. Something I really appreciate about the communication was how clear and direct they were, while also trying to offer solutions if my request was something they weren't able to accommodate. They were incredibly accommodating and solutions focused on the very few things that wouldn't work. I truly love them and our wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was without them. All of our guests were ranting and raving about how this was the best wedding they had ever been to, with the best food, and the best staff. We truly loved our experience at The Colony House and have been joking with our friends that we need to do another wedding so we can relive the day all over again! Shane and Cameron are THE BEST. Seriously. We cannot sing their praises enough. The physical venue is beautiful, but the staff truly shined even in such a gorgeous space. I will forever be grateful to them and their hard work.

We recently photographed a wedding at The Colony House and had a great experience! The venue offers a variety of unique photo spots throughout the property, and there’s even a nice park nearby that’s not too far of a walk. Attended a car show in the afternoon at this venue, very nice area and the food they served was good. Lots of places to sit and get out of the sun. Service was great also.

It can be a darker ceremony space, but balanced with a bright upstairs bridal suite with rich wooden slats oiled oak finish. The greenery that comes with the space really adds a nice touch. Parking is easy to find. The set-up was gorgeous for the Candlelight performance I attended. Would definitely come back. They even had the bar open in the back tongrab drinks before the performance!
