The Control Room

Just visited with my partner for his birthday tonight and we both had a good time, sat at the bar and received excellent service for drinks + dinner (which were pretty bomb btw) and afterwards went to play a couple of games and overall really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was pretty packed but we were still able to get into most of the games we wanted to try. I will say that a couple of quarters were eaten but that is probably to be expected sometimes (who hasn't had that happen in an arcade before lol). It didn't seem worth making a fuss over losing a few quarters cause we still had a great time regardless. Would definitely like to come back again in the future just for the cool vibes!

It was a wonderful day! Went for my son's birthday. He had a blast. 20 bucks worth of quarters lasted 2-3 hours. The staff was friendly and very helpful to questions and game malfunctions.

Great neighborhood bar. Their pizza is really, really good and a must try. This popular hang out has decent selection of beer and spirits as well as many video games to play. Many other drinks and food to explore. I will be coming back again to make this my new favorite place. Bring a friend!

Control Room is always great. Almost every game is in good shape, with very few exceptions. But nothing is ever out of order for too long. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food is actually not bad for bar food, and there's karaoke on the weekends. They also do a SIN (service industry night), and that is very reasonably priced.

SHAYLA AND CHEYENNE!!!! These girls were so sweet, I didn’t get to talk to Cheyenne all that much but every interaction I had with her was wonderful. Shayla on the other hand, I had the pleasure of interaction with for a good chunk of our visit. She was attentive, sweet, patient, calm and handled her business like a boss. We had a minor issue during karaoke and she was on top of it, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy when we left, she even left a note for Barbie(the owner or manager I believe, who was also an absolute sweetheart and so easy to talk to I could’ve yapped with her all night haha) to follow up with me and make sure we were happy with the resolution. A seriously awesome crew and I can’t wait to go back with my peeps to keep giving them our business! if you’re a potential customer reading this review, TIP EVERYONE HERE FAT AS HECK, THEY DESERVE IT!!!!!!
