This placed should be shut down indubitably. They caused emotional distress to one of my best friends as they refused to refund her for her cancelled wedding during COVID 19. This not only caused her to spiral emotionally but it caused a serious trauma response as the venue refused to provide her a proper solution to the situation. There was no reimbursement to the thousands of dollars my friend has invested as well as her guests had invested in their flights and accommodations. A GREAT venue would have looked out for their patrons and would have been prepared for any type of unpredictable shut down instead of taking patrons money to survive and keep the place open. Do not book. Save yourself the uncertainty of dealing with an unprofessional and inconsiderate venue.

I had my wedding here earlier this month and it was a very beautiful experience. The food was very delicious and all the decorations were exactly what I was looking for. My wife, my friends, and I all had a really good time overall. My only gripe really, was the lack of communication. For me personally, communication is very important to me so it would be a bit frustrating to not hear back after weeks of texting and no response. Luckily, everything ended up working out, but I feel like a lot of anxiety could have been diminished if the communication was better and consistent. This particular element was a bit disappointing/discouraging for me. If something like communication matters a lot to you, I would not recommend this place because it will give you a lot of unnecessary stress. If you're okay with waiting, then literally everything else was near perfect. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel valued. When you are able to get ahold of someone, they will listen to everything that you are looking for. It's just GETTING to that point that is challenging at times. Regardless, this will be a night that I will never forget for the rest of my life. Thank you for everything. :)

Great place to have an event. It's cool structure with a very pretty setting in the evening. It has a lot of character. Staff is great and attentive. Bar tender was kind and professional. Coordinator was on top of everything.
