Mended a zipper on my couch cushion for $5 after I was quoted $200! Such a nice lady and does good work.

They worked on 4 dining room chairs, a rocker glider & my 90 yr old rocker. I was so excited that they fixed the springs, made the rocker so it didn't creak and did a beautiful job with the material.

I have a couch that I love, but it was desperately in need of being replace or refurbished. I couldn't find anything I liked, so I got a quote from Marge at The Cover Up. Their work was superb and it looks better than new and they finished the work for under the quoted price. They were communicative and handle everything even during the Covid virus period. Great business and people.

I am over the moon about how my overstuffed chair turned out — it’s really unbelievable how they completely transformed it. I took in a very old, probably 30s, overstuffed chair for them to work their magic on and work it they did. This chair had all but been destroyed. It had actually been left outside for a couple of years (no kidding). Squirrels had taken some of the stuffing, wood trim had cracked and split — trust me, it was a disaster! I can’t imagine anyone else taking it on. But Marge didn’t bat an eye when I brought it in — in fact, I think maybe she & her husband enjoyed the challenge. Okay, well, that’s what I told myself in order to save myself from complete embarrassment. The chair that everyone thought I should have thrown away is everyone’s now favorite chair! AND...equally important: it’s not taking up space at a landfill. AND...money that would have been spent on a new chair, was paid to a local shop instead & mainly for labor which is more likely to go back into the local economy. I am so happy I took my chair to Cover Up!

My husband and I purchased six chairs from an antique shop. We loved the style of the chair, but not on the print on the seat cushion. I found The Cover Up Upholstery on Yelp and Marge was so helpful. I was able to drop the chairs off, ship the fabric I wanted to her shop, and she knocked it out of the park! So happy with the transformation. Price was very reasonable. Customer service was fantastic. They were quick too - I had the chairs back in a week and a half. Highly recommend!
