This is a great place, very affordable and my daughter loves it. The Teacher and staff are soo friendly. I couldn't have found a better place where I feel confident and comfortable to allow my child to grow and learn🥰 Absolutely the best people here

Caring teachers make this fun place for young people to learn to dance. My daughter has loved the classes and instructors. I live the casual environment and easy going nature of the office folks. The only drawback is the neighborhood is a little sketchy but I think they keep it in this location so they can keep the classes affordable which they are. Overall, I highly recommend TDS.

My daughters absolutely love this place! The instructors are kind, and gentle, and fun, and it's a real treat for my girls to be able to be dancing with a bunch of other kids in the same room (socially distanced from one another with marked boundaries on the floor with tape). Looks like the folks running this place are trying their very best to comply with mask and hand sanitization, and other stuff like that. Use the restroom before you come, and no parents allowed inside. Only students. That's okay because there's a great view from the patio sidewalk looking through the great big window. I would personally prefer none of these precautions, but if wearing a mask and standing 6 ft apart while wearing hand sanitizer lets my kid dance with other kids with professional instruction, then let's do it! I'm sure at some point things will get back to normal and people will stop taking excessive measures that are mentally and socially handicapping our children. The people at The Dance Shoppe are doing their best under unusual circumstances. You totally have to give them consideration if your kids are showing any aptitude for twirling or wiggling around when listening to music. If you're missing any of the shoes for tap or ballet, there's a retail shop in the same building that can accommodate very conveniently at fair prices. I say shop local and forget about Amazon.

Wonderful dance studio! The dances are all age appropriate and classy. The costumes aren’t skimpy and inappropriate. I love the family atmosphere and amazing staff. You can’t go wrong with The Dance Shoppe!

My youngest (7yo) attends here - and we just finished up our first year here. The difference that sets this place apart from the others are the people. Everyone from the owners to the employees really care about making the experience for your child an exceptional one. Always willing to help and go the extra mile needed to assist in whatever way they can. We just had the "final" performance of the year for the dance studio, and man was I impressed. The "little" kid performances were cute, the older kids performances were great, and the teen/adult performances were awesome! We had grandma, grandpa, and an aunt out to see our kid perform.... and actually ended up staying for the whole thing because it was so good.
