I have been a patient at The Dentist at Houston WestChase since 2021 and have always had a positive experience with Dr. Robbins. She is warm, professional, and has made every dental visit comfortable. In all my time there, her gentle approach and friendly communication have put me at ease. Unfortunately, my most recent cleaning did not go as well. A different hygienist performed the cleaning, and I was disappointed by the experience. The hygienist seemed rushed and didn’t explain what she was doing. I could feel my gums being scratched and the cleaning felt much rougher than usual. At one point, I even winced from discomfort, and before I knew it, the appointment was over far too quickly. I left feeling sore and uneasy, which is not how I’ve ever felt after seeing Dr. Robbins or her team before. I share this because I care about the practice and want future patients to be informed. I hope The Dentist at Houston WestChase addresses this issue so everyone receives the same high-quality care that Dr. Robbins consistently provides. Despite this one bad experience, I still value the practice and trust Dr. Robbins, and I believe that bringing this to attention can help improve things for everyone.

My wife referred me here, for my first dental visit in about five years. After my last dentist, I was expecting the worst, but WOW, was I surprised! Friendly, caring and gentle, they went through the initial visit expertly, with barely a single little uncomfortable jab. They went over the results and potential billing with me, and I left there looking forward to my next visit (deep cleaning!). Nice, clean and relaxing office, too.
