Emily at the Dog Room is amazing, a fantastic groomer and a lovely person to deal with too. Our Barbet Otto really enjoys going there, he always comes out looking and smelling great, and super happy as well! We wouldn’t consider getting him groomed anywhere else - highly recommend!

Thank you so much Emily for Gus’s groom today, he looks amazing, he always does when he leaves your groomers! Sadly I took Gus to a different groomers earlier this year as I couldn’t get an appointment at The dog room at such short notice. We ended up having a really really bad experience with them. I explained what had happened and my concerns to Emily before I left Gus with her. Emily left me feeling reassured that Gus was going to be okay and made to feel relaxed before leaving, as Gus really wasn’t looking forward to his groom at all. Emily did a fantastic job, and it seemed Gus had a nice time too! It was so nice to return to a happy chatty (noisy) Gus, it was a huge contrast from when we picked him up from the other groomers. It’s so nice to have a groomer that understands how to groom a double coated dog, I will never go anywhere else again! Thank you again Emily I really appreciate it!
