I placed an online order in January. Received 3 out of like 7 items and there has been no contact. I’m in dispute right now. The most important and most expensive items I ordered (customs blazer, camo jacket, ring, and brooch) were not delivered and they are trying to avoid giving me a refund. This is bad business, and essentially fraud. No one will answer either phone number they have listed on the website or call me back, and the email doesn’t even work. I am so sick and tired of unprofessional black business owners making the rest of us look bad! I want to support us so badly but too often we don’t have our stuff together and deprioritize customer service. I was so excited about my order, too! Very upsetting as a first time customer that was hoping to be a repeat customer.
