I'm finishing up laser hair removal treatment and couldn't be happier! When they say this procedure is painless, they're not kidding. I find the sessions relaxing and look forward to going. And the results are better than I imagined. My skin is soft and smooth, no more shaving, razor burn, or ingrown hairs. My schedule is hectic, but I can always get an appointment with Sydney or Baylee, two of their awesome esthiticians who know their stuff. I've also seen Sydney for massage and facial. She's very attentive, skilled, and makes me feel totally comfortable. I love my visits to DWS and always leave feeling great.

It was extremely hard to relax during massage the music was up so loud and it was to drown out the other employees that was carrying on conversations and laughing loudly to the point I could hear them over the already loud music. The massage bed was too hot so I got over heated and almost threw up during. Now I have a 50 dollar credit there and don’t want to go back because of the environment. The lady was nice that did my massage but that is the only thing .

I am extremely pleased with Amy and my experience at the rothman rd location. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and talented. The facility is clean and inviting, and I enjoy the app features they use for points/coupons. I will certainly continue receiving services here.

Claire was extremely detailed and knowledgeable. She broke down each area of concern, her recommendation and even showed personal experiences and pictures of her results. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. The space was extremely clean and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Overall, my experience was beyond exceptional.
