Honestly a very hostile environment. Coaches do not care about students mental wellbeing at all. The head coach is extremely insensitive and makes downright inappropriate comments. Do not reccomend this gym, not a good environment to learn any martial arts. I went to a new gym and the difference is night and day.

Highly recommend for anyone wanting to start learning martial arts and get in shape in a friendly environment! Great team, coaches, training and location. I've been training here since 2019 and it gets better every year! Good patter as well!
