⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Power of WOM (Word-of-Mouth) I needed to update my sensor lights and got chatting with the fabulous Emily from Haiven Property Group. When I asked who her favourite electrician was, she didn’t hesitate — “The Electrical Group are the best, we love them!” — and promptly sent me Mitch’s details. After checking out their website, I sent Mitch an SMS with a brief outline of what I needed. The team scheduled me in, assessed the work, gave me a shopping list (so I could use my Beacon Lighting Trade account) and Faith organised the booking. Matt and Peter arrived earlier than expected — which is impressive when most tradies run behind! They walked through the job with me (my ‘to-do list’ had grown after my Beacon visit!) and then got to work upgrading the external lighting, which was more than 10 years old. Their attention to detail was exceptional — from closing the pet gates and using drop sheets, to sweeping up, patching old holes and even supplying a new LED fluro for the garage as they let me know parts were no longer available for the old one. Matt also took photos and notes for a future home automation project so he can advise on that scope of work too. After thoroughly testing that all the sensors were working perfectly, they removed the old fittings and left the place spotless. It was a stress-free couple of hours — the guys were quiet, efficient and focused. I’m more than happy to recommend The Electrical Group through this online word-of-mouth — an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish!

I had Luke, Pete and Matt replace about 15 light fittings in my house including large pendants and downlights and some were in new locations and on new switches. They were a fantastic team, reliable, practical, solution focused and exceptional quality of work. They were very clean too. I will be using them for more jobs. Highly recommend!
