Great Experience! I did research b4 and it looked like the most authentic and exceptional rooms. Truly made the (Gold Rush) experience feel and look so neat. We loved it and are going back to visit another one of the four they offer. If you are comparing to any other escape room, go to this one, it's the best!

I had the best experience at the escape room thanks to Eli! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her energy, enthusiasm, and clear explanations made the game so much more fun. She set the tone right away—friendly, engaging, and super knowledgeable. Throughout the experience, Eli knew exactly when to offer helpful hints without giving too much away, which kept the game challenging but never frustrating. You can really tell she loves what she does, and it made our whole group feel excited and supported. Eli truly elevated the experience and made it unforgettable. If you’re booking an escape room, ask for Eli—you won’t regret it!

My partner and I were celebrating their birthday for the day and we decided to play an escape room to pass some time. What an amazing experience the moment we walked in! An array of staff made our experience very memorable, Sydney so kindly greeting us when when we came in and helping us decide what would be the best escape room to start with at this location. We were even allowed to preview and learn about each room, thank you Jenny!!! Nathan was our first game guide & Jacob our second, both of them were so kind and helpful to us!! They really made our day special , we booked a 2pm and a 10pm for later that night! We escaped The Heist with just a minute to spare, but weren't so lucky with The Yeti the second time around! We had such a fun time here, we highly recommend this escape room experience!!!

Our team has a tradition of going to an escape room together every quarter during our onsite, and The Escape Game Chicago has become our absolute favorite spot. We’ve already completed three of their rooms, and I’ve booked our team sessions here in the past because the experience is always consistently great. We’re looking forward to trying the rest of the rooms next! The room designs are incredibly thoughtful and immersive - everything from the puzzles to the storylines feels well-crafted and engaging. The challenges are the perfect balance of fun and difficult, which really brings out the best in team collaboration. A huge compliment to the staff as well … the customer service is consistently excellent. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly, energetic, and genuinely invested in making the experience great. Highly recommend for team building or just a fun night with friends. We’ll definitely be back!

We did the Prison Break, two minutes remaining. It’s a lot of fun! Eli, our host, was very energetic and helpful. Love it!
