Dalton and Joey were great! Wonderful customer service. Amanda who placed my order by phone was nice enough to honor my birthday reward. Everyone is always so nice! We have played every single game and today was the final one, Prison Break, which we won! We are undefeated for every single room! They have theeee best rooms and beat the competition! Can't wait to visit your NY location! Welcome to Cincy Dalton :)

Our family of 4 completed The Playground yesterday, and had the BEST experience. *there are a ton of puzzles in this room, and would have been better suited for a large group - but we still had fun*. The facility is clean, the lead at the front desk was engaging and made our 30 minute wait go by quick, and our 2 room guides were incredible! The kids LOVED our Room Guide Chase (according to them, he had the “right vibe” :) ) and our Room Guide Jared (?? Sorry!) was so helpful! They made sure we took pictures after and had a great time. We will definitely be back!!

My girlfriend and I are avid escape room lovers and even though this company is a chain, their customer service has been absolutely outstanding. Every time we have been here our experience has exceeded our expectations. I messed up and booked for the wrong day and the general manager took care of it, no questions asked and squeezed us in which was going above and beyond given it was my fault with the booking. We did the gold rush room today with an escape room newbie: my partner’s mother. Our game master, Nathan was top notch and excellent at making sure we stayed on track and were able to finish the room! He was amazing at giving clues but not giving too much information away. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable including and especially the general manager Jared! You can tell he is super passionate about what he does and it shows in his friendliness and knowledge of the brand and their rooms! They even gave us a little complimentary goodie bag with games and pins for free! It was such a sweet surprise and just further proves that the staff really care about making special moments for their guests (I worked in customer service at Walt Disney World so I’m familiar with what we call “magical moments” and this was exactly that!) I do not have enough good things to say about our experience here and will be traveling to visit other locations to do all their rooms! :)

Tim, Cam, and Meadow made our morning at The Escape Game absolutely magical. We went as a family and had to play a second game immediately. It was so fun!
