I really like my training at Exercise Coach! It is one on one training. The exercises are geared toward each individual. As I increase strength, the exercises progress with me. The atmosphere is great! Each session is for 20 minutes which is perfect for me! I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery, but after working out here for a few months I cancelled the surgery as my pain has diminished greatly.

Excellent personalized coaching and engagement! I was apprehensive about hurting myself with weight training at my age and because it had been almost 10yrs. These guys are amazing! I have several physical limitations, including a complete tear in my ACL, and they were still able to help me create a work out plan that didn't hurt, and worked all of my muscle groups! I worked with Zach. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!
