Excellent personalized coaching and engagement! I was apprehensive about hurting myself with weight training at my age and because it had been almost 10yrs. However, I have not had any issues and instead I have felt stronger after just 5-6 sessions. Laid back atmosphere, clean facilities and coaches are very helpful and engaging!
These guys are amazing! I have several physical limitations, including a complete tear in my ACL, and they were still able to help me create a work out plan that didn't hurt, and worked all of my muscle groups! I worked with Zach. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!
The Exercise Coach at Countryside Village has been one of the best investments in my health I’ve ever made. The coaches at this location- Devin, Blair, Chance, Marissa and Bella- know every single client by name. They make you feel good about being there, and want to see you get stronger and healthier. The workouts are effective and efficient, and the scheduling is convenient, so I can fit it in to my overbooked schedule. So glad I gave it a try- still at it a year and a half later!
Loving my experience with the Exercise Coach ! Before I started I was feeling defeated , out of shape and let’s say “fluffier” than I used to be. Exercise had always been my medicine. But I was struggling to get started again… mostly for fear of the sore !!! The countryside village location is only a few blocks from where I live so I scheduled the free trial. Each session is roughly 20 ,minutes, 2-3 times a week. It can be intense (in a good way) but still only 20 minutes . Almost too good to be true! But …. There’s proof …. I’ve seen my progress report and I’m actually getting stronger. I love that the machines allow you to compete against yourself. You work on all the muscle groups and get a cardio workout as well. The trainers are top notch , full of knowledge and positivity! And … I have not experience the pain I was afraid of . I have, however, jump started my way back to regular exercise and am feeling 100% better !
