Dwight and his coaches are great! This place changed the way I see strength training. I feel challenged, even after 6 months, and enjoy the variety of exercises. I love the bit of gamification, real-time data/feedback, 20 minute sessions and ability to book via an app. I also love that it isn't a crowded gym since an appointment is required. And being able to have trial sessions before I committed made it an easy decision.

The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I have worked with both Marcos and Dwight and absolutely love them both!
