The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is very accomodating for people who are older like myself. I go twice a week and receive the upmost care by staff members who are very supportive and knowledgeable in their training with me. Each session is personalized just for me. I am able to be myself and achieve my fitness/health goals each time I attend. They encourage me to push myself to the comforts of my own limits. I recommend Exercise Coach to anyone out there who wants to be encouraged to work on their fitness goals and have full support in achieving them. I am so appreciative to go to place where I can work out and once my session is completed, I feel so energized and refreshed after each session.
