The programs are tailored to each individual and guided by the trainers Nathan and Rose, who are both amazing and delightful to be around. My fitness journey came to a halt trying to juggle a demanding job plus family life, but I can easily manage 2 workouts a week for 20 minutes. I’d highly recommend this program for anyone looking for strength training plus work/life/fitness balance. Start with the 2 free sessions!
