Get a reservation early. Prices are high ways are long but it's a unique experience

This is a terrible place to bowl. The equipment desperately needs updating. We wanted to add time and finish our game and they couldn’t figure out how to do it. Bumpers can only be used if everyone uses them. We won’t be back.

We booked a stay at the Big Cypress Lodge (Bass Pro) because the Fish Bowling looked like it would be a great experience for our kids. Unfortunately, it was very dark and hard to see. I asked the manager if they could turn the lights on like all their online photos so that I could get a photo of my family and in general just see better, it's 11am; and we were the only customers present. The manager responded that they will not and that the online pictures were for advertising only. On top of this Half of the lanes weren't working (about 8 lanes total in the whole place). We started out on the non working side then got swapped to the "working" side but the bumpers weren't working. Thankfully we only paid for a 30 minute session. I wouldn't recommend bowling here unless you've got amazing vision or night goggles. It could potentially be risky for younger children, like mine.

Food was good, however I paid with cashapp card in which you get automatic notifications on transactions. The waitress ran my card three times for 3 separate transactions. She was swiping my card to pay for every ticket in her hand. I immediately went to counter to stop her. The manager said he reversed the extra 2 charges and it should appear by tomorrow. One did, the other charge didn't. To make a long story shorter.... multiple calls /multi days stating they are working on it, getting their financial team involved.... I have yet to be refunded. Not even in the afterlife will I patronize the establishment and eat their again.
