I been training with Allie for a month…I have a torn pec, torn trap, 3 knee surgeries and a tendon issue on my bicep. I felt like trash. After FIVE WEEKS, I go out and record my hobby and see this (attached). This girl knows what’s up and will fix you. Is she worth the money? She’s worth another life and that’s what I feel I got from her for real. If you’re on the fence about getting right, this girl is the greener side.
