Mikayla, Mei, and Sheena were absolutely amazing in helping alter my two bridal gowns, both of which required extensive work. One gown, in particular, needed very urgent and complicated alterations, and they handled it with such professionalism, care, and skill. They responded to my concerns quickly and were incredibly attentive throughout the process, always making sure I felt heard and reassured. I’ve used the fitting room a couple of times and have always had great results. Most recently, I needed the sleeves taken up on a denim jacket with a complex pattern. They were able to make it fit perfectly while not breaking the pattern (pic attached). I genuinely have no idea how they managed to do this. Sure, they’re pricey but you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else when looking to make alterations to expensive, special or designer clothes.
