Make sure you watch others grabbing your order. Told one of the baristas that I ordered before the customer that took my drink, and she just brushed me off. No apology, just “oh well she must have taken yours.” She followed it up with “we are out of ingredients for your drink.” Never had a problem here until now. A little customer service goes a long way…

The Fix’s cold brew will elevate you. It is everything you expect from a cold brew- smooth, balanced, and chocolate-forward. Kinda sad that I missed out on the blueberry bagel but the everything bagel was good. I would definitely come back.

The atmosphere here is quite pleasant. While I appreciate the coffee, it isn't my absolute favorite. It's a suitable place to get some work done while enjoying a coffee. I found the hummus bagel to be acceptable, and the goat cheese and onion Danish was enjoyable.

The Fix has been my favorite spot in the neighborhood since it took over this space several years ago. The service is always friendly and thorough, and there's a great number of beverage selections. My personal favorite is the peppermint tea -- delicious and strong and thankfully not combined with other flavors and aromas like you find elsewhere. The Fix also often has pastries and wrapped contracted baked goods that fit vegan and vegetarian needs, though these often sell out earlier in the day before I can get there. I usually get my tea and walk through the neighborhood, but the cafe is plenty cozy for lingering. This is such a fantastic neighborhood coffeehouse that adds flavor to EWH.
