I brought in two phones for assessment same day in & out, they answered all my questions & Clyde was awesome. He got my iPhone SE up & running with a new screen & even somehow magically restored the Touch ID & home button function that had been out for months!! I feel like I got a new phone. They also do water damage repairs which is unheard of from any other shops/Apple Care I’ve tried, glad I found out about them!

It's great when you can support a small business and they also happen to be so nice! Pete was able to replace my shattered iPad screen and it only took an hour! I like that repairs are appointmet based so you don't have to wait in line and know when your repair will be completed. 10/10 recommend!

I took my iPhone in for a screen replacement, staff was friendly and service was quick. A week later my phone fell from on top of my thigh(while I was sitting down) onto the carpet. The screen cracked and is no longer responsive whatsoever. I have had this phone for almost 3 years and in the past have dropped it many times, the only time the screen broke was when it was dropped on concrete(this is why I came to have it replaced). Either the glass they are using is very poor quality or what they used on my phone was faulty. Either way, I've wasted $175 and now my phone is worse off than before.

The guy that works there is great customer service. I had to go there today to get my phone diagnosed for my credit card insurance company, and he took great care of me. He can fix almost anything and it's actually cheaper than any other place I've ever been to.
